Build non-editable core/server distributions in a Docker builder stage and copy the installed virtual environment into the runtime stage. Service images no longer need the workspace source checkout. Keep the locked dependencies, three targets, published image names, UID, ports, module commands and health probe.
Validation: all six existing Docker deployment tests passed. A built runtime image imports both packages from site-packages, contains no workspace checkout or test adapters, and runs as UID 10001. Full pre-commit and pre-push checks passed.
